Eminent Domain is a horrible and extremely evil word as far as I'm concerned... I hope that these property owners win and become an example of how others can stick up for themselves and their property against greedy weasels and being more proof that selling-out is for...well...exactly...sell-outs. There is a big difference between wanting to sell your property and being bribed or forced from it . . . those should only be the decision of the property owner, duh!
